About Me

I work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon. I have been supporting clients since 2014. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Portland State University and a master’s degree in clinical counseling at Palo Alto University, which included a year of specialty training in Transpersonal Psychology; the study of the soul beyond personal elements of the personality. Before starting my work as a counselor, I studied Eastern religion and spiritual practices. During those years, I pursued several study abroad programs in Thailand, Mexico, and Italy with a focus on yoga, meditation, and personal development. In 2007, I earned a 200-hour yoga instructor certificate. Currently, I continue to focus my work on trauma-informed therapies and psychology practices that heal through non-ordinary states of consciousness.
